Delete Your Account & Data

Aura Safety by First-24 Health LLC

You can permanently delete your Aura Safety account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account, biological baseline, evidence vault, family network, ride history, and all other data cannot be recovered.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Step 1 Open the Aura Safety app and sign in to your account.
Step 2 Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3 Scroll to the Quick Actions section.
Step 4 Tap Delete Account & Data at the bottom of the list.
Step 5 Confirm by tapping Delete Everything in the confirmation dialog.

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app (uninstalled, lost device, etc.), email us to request deletion:

In your email, please include:

  1. Verify your identity (we may ask for additional information to confirm you own the account)
  2. Confirm receipt within 5 business days
  3. Permanently delete all data within 30 days
  4. Send a confirmation email when deletion is complete

What gets deleted

Note on subscriptions: Active subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel an active subscription, manage it in your Apple ID or Google account settings before deleting your Aura account. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

What we may retain

For legal and operational reasons, we may retain limited information for the periods specified by law:

None of these retained records contain your biological data, which is permanently deleted.

Delete only some of your data (without deleting your account)

You can also delete specific categories of data without removing your entire account.

If you want to delete a category of data not listed above, or you no longer have access to the app, email us:

Email Partial Deletion Request

We will process partial deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity.

Cancel a deletion request

If you submitted a deletion request and want to cancel it before the 30-day window completes:

After 30 days, deletion is complete and irreversible.

Family members and shared data

If other family members have added you to their Kin network, deleting your account removes you from their family list. They will see "User deleted" instead of your name, and any shared verification history with you becomes anonymized in their records.
